"I bought a TF1000 in 2008 and upgraded to a TF5000 in March of 2010, both have been great buys. I did have 1 issue with the 12v pump on my TF1000 after almost 11 months of use, which Bluegrass replaced under warranty, haven't had any issues since! I gave my son the 1000 when my 5000 showed up. Our trucks, tractors and cars have been running very well since we started burning used oil. Fuel economy is up and the engines all run quieter. I wish every company was as nice as you guys are, you always answer my questions and have been very helpful over the years. Thanks for the units and for your outstanding customer service.

Our vehicles are:
2002 Volkswagen Jetta
2005 Chevrolet Duramax 3500
1997 Ford Powerstroke 250
1992 Ford 350
2 older John Deere farm tractors, 2020, 4020

and my son/daughter-in-law drives a 2002 Chevrolet Duramax 2500 and a 2004 Volkswagen Beetle."

"Thank you for the great product."

Mike W. (TF1000)

"I've had a TF1000 system for 2 years now, am very pleased with it and the results I've received since putting it into service.

Vehicles: 2002 GMC Duramax, 1999 Volkswagen Jeta TDI, 1996 Kenworth, 1996 Freightliner, 1985 Freightliner, Case 580 backhoe, John Deere 2020 farm tractor.

Percentages: I run 40% oil in the Duramax and Jetta, 30% during the winter months. All 3 trucks have 3406 Cat motors in them, two are E models, one is a B model, (electronic vs. mechanical fuel injection) and I run a 50% mixture in each. The Case and John Deere are also at 50%.

I could possibly run a higher oil mix in the trucks and tractors, but it's simpler for me to just run them all at 50%, rather than try to keep track of each vehicle.

Because I tend to mix large quantities in the trucks, adding anywhere from 50 to 80 gallons of oil at a time, I filter my oil a bit differently. Rather than mix the diesel and oil in the recycler, I filter just the oil and stock pile it, as the trucks only run during the summer months. This also saves me from having to purchase large quantities of diesel fuel for mixing and, in turn, having to store it for months at a time until it can be used.

I've run just over 2900 gallons of straight oil through the TF1000 system and have had no problems, am very pleased with it's performance. Currently, (5-25-11) diesel is priced at $4.65 gal. here in our little corner of the state. It doesn't take a brain scientist to do the math and tally up the savings.

When I needed more canister filters, they were quick to get them in the mail to me and have always been great about answering the many questions I presented them with. I'm very pleased with the service and am impressed with their knowledge and experience in recycling and utilizing used petroleum oil."

Many Thanks,

"I thought you might want to know how I am doing paying off the TF3000 I purchased from you this fall.  As you can see from the copy below of my spreadsheet that I use to keep track of useage, I am 1/2 of the way there.  With fuel prices taking off, I will be there in no time.  The '94 Dodge Cummins Diesel loves the mix.

I purchased a TF1000 a year ago and have had great success.   I have run it in my 2002 Dodge Cummins with 150hp injectors, programmed, and engine brake, my 1990 12 Valve Dodge Cummins (stock), 2007 John Deere 5525, and Case 1150 Dozer. All of these engines operate very well on the oil mix even when approaching 80%. Once my tractor acted kind of starved for power and smokier than normal so I added some more diesel and that cleared it up right away. I started my 2002 Dodge the other morning at 18 degrees on 75% mix and no abnormal start, however I have decided to cut back to 50% for winter till I get more comfortable with it. I run mostly a mix of used oil/trans fluid but have occasionally used crude oil. I imagine crude oil differs alot but the Ohio grade is much thinner than used oil and runs very well. All of my engines operate normally with no excessive smoke, if it does smoke you need to increase your diesel ratio.

"I really like the way my Mack truck and Cat. diesels run on the fuel I make with my TF1000"

Don M., Colorado

Mark has a TF5000 that he uses to make fuel for his Ford F350, 2-2000 Volkswagen Jetta TDI's, and a 2000 Volkswagen Bug TDI. Every vehicle is running great on a blend of 20 gallons of used oil, 7.5 gallons of diesel fuel and 2.5 gallons of gas.

-Mark N., Pennsylvania

"I save about $100 a day for each truck using the TF5000 unit, with just 1 truck I save anywhere from $2,000 to $2,200 a month"

-Craig S., Michigan

" Here is the set of injectors from my truck. When I pulled these, I thought they looked really good from what I've seen before. You guys are great to deal with and me and my wife love your machine. Thanks for everything!"

-Jack B., Ohio

“I purchased a small unit almost 4 years ago and they build great products that really do work, I drive 120 miles round trip daily to Atlanta and fuel costs were driving me crazy. Now I run a 50/50 blend in my VW Passat and it saves me half. I had maybe 70,000 miles on my car when I purchased the unit, now my little car has: UPDATE 3/14/11, 215,397 miles and I still have not had 1 hiccup."

-Charles D., Georgia

“I really love my diesel fuel processor. By mixing used engine and transmission oil in a 50/50 mix, I’m able to make fuel for my tractors and backhoe in a very short time. It provides a real savings, as our diesel prices here in California have been unreal. I enjoy how easy this simple system works.”

-Gerald S., California

“Their filtering deals are amazing, I own and operate a large trash service, we have 18 trash trucks plus 4 service trucks, we replaced all of our gas service trucks with diesel when we found out how well this fuel burns, I also bought diesel vehicles for me and my wife as well, a 2004 Ford diesel and a diesel Jeep Liberty. I bought one of their first large systems and I have purchased another TF5000 recently. Both work flawless and are easy for my employees to use, which was a big concern at the beginning. Most of our trucks have Cummins motors or DT466 motors and most of them run 60% or 70% and my Ford diesel runs 40% and my wife’s Liberty runs 40%. I am happy to say the least, especially since my business saves about $15,000 every month using old oil.”

-Dean F.

“I like the waste oil unit that I bought. I’ve run processed diesel from it in three different rigs – a 1994 Ford pickup equipped with a 7.3 liter engine, a 2000 Dodge equipped with a Cummins diesel engine, and a Deere 7300 tractor. Overall I am completely satisfied with the system.”

-Jerry W., Ohio

Rufus Barker is very pleased with the system he purchased and he has videos of his unit in operation on his website, www.archers-friend.com and on youtube. Rufus is interested in answering phone calls concerning his system and its operation. He has 4 years experience running used oil as fuel through one of our machines. Rufus is in Corinne, Utah.
